The chicken wings are still the best in town — crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. And now they have pizza rolls too, which are so good! Quick, tasty takeout with friendly service. Always a solid choice when I don’t feel like cooking.

* Cash Only* Great affordable food in Atlantic City. Lots of locals call in their orders ahead of time. Very busy on a weekday afternoon. The employees are very nice. Best to have cash on hand to avoid using the ATM which charges 1.99 fee on top of whatever your bank charges for withdrawals since most of the snacks / meals range from 4 - 11. Waited around 15 minutes for my order. Food was cooked fresh in wok and was still very hot after an hour. Chicken wings, fried scallops, chicken nuggets and beef on a stick are delicious. Ordered 2 of the combos along with chicken and broccoli with egg roll.

Visited AC for the weekend and found this gem. We had fast, friendly service and received our food as ordered. The food was delicious and cooked well. Ordered the beef with broccoli and it was cooked perfectly. Beef was tender and the broccoli still had a nice crunch. Chicken wings were fried just right and the rice was delicious. Will definitely be back!

Omg..please don't let the atmosphere deter you..I swear probably THE BEST chinese I've ever had in my life. The guy behind the counter making our food was cool as hell and honest about the portions and prices on the menu. We will most definitely be stopping here every AC trip we make! Mine was the pick 3 combo w/shrimp fried rice and as you can see my husband already housed his chicken gizzard chicken fried rice platter..lol.

Don't let the exterior stop you from visiting this place; it's truly a hidden gem. Please note that they only accept cash, although there is an ATM on-site, which I wouldn't recommend using based on other reviews. The food we received was outstanding considering the price, and their customer service was excellent. We ordered four takeout meals inside and received our food in about 10 minutes. When we returned to our hotel, the meals were still warm, likely due to the cold weather outside. I ordered chicken and broccoli, which tasted just like the dishes you would expect from any family-owned Chinese restaurant. There was a generous portion of rice (possibly because I asked for extra), and the chicken-to-broccoli ratio was also quite good. There are only three seats and one table, so I recommend this place for take-out. I recommend this place!

I have been going here for years. This is the best take out Chinese restaurant in Atlantic City. I usually order their fried chicken wings, chicken and broccoli and the Singapore noodle. The portions are big and the staff are very friendly.

Cant go wrong with Chang He. Simply the best Gizzards hands down. Little sketchy outside but its the food that counts. Best place to go if you down on dough Update 1/16/2025 Came back down for the Gizzards!! As always, the Chang does not disappoint!
